Mark description

The mark consists of a logo in the shape of a shield having a red border, a blue field within the red border with the number "100" in white, red tabs extending into the blue field from left and right sides of the red border respectively, with the words "TOP" and "USA", both in white, respectively, thereon, a pair of white five-pointed stars in the field beneath the number "100"; a round emblem beneath the number "100" and the pair of white five-pointed stars containing a round portion of the US flag with a portion of the blue field of white stars and alternate horizontal red and white stripes, a blue ring surrounding the flag portion inscribed with the words "EVALUATIONS" and "TOP 100 SPORTS" in white letters and numerals, and a pair of white stars; and a red ring surrounding the blue ring; and a pair of wing-shaped ribbons each formed of a white strip and a red strip, the ribbons sweeping out and up across the blue field between the red ring and the red border.
