Mark description

The mark consists of trade dress applied to signage consisting of four rectangular panels stacked vertically on top of each other, the topmost panel is white, in the center of the panel is the word "SUNOCO" in dark blue and positioned in the center of a yellow diamond that is outlined in dark blue with a red arrow outlined in dark blue extending behind and through the diamond, and with two diagonal triangular sections below the word "SUNOCO" and diamond design, the top triangular section is in light blue and directly below is the second triangular section in dark blue, directly below is the stylized wording "ULTRA-TECH" in white and outlined in light blue with a hyphen depicted by a right facing arrow that is yellow and outlined in light blue, and the yellow wording "QUALITY FUELS" appearing directly below, the second panel section is dark blue and the third and fourth panel sections are dark blue. The broken lines depicting the frame and legs and all carrier panels and the two horizontal rectangles appearing within the larger rectangular panels indicate the placement of the mark on the signage and are not part of the mark. The color black represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
