Mark description

The mark consists of A black background with a text field, positioned over said black background. The top of the text field comprises the olive green stylized word "Scandi", with a design of grape leaves and berries, also in olive green color, positioned over said word. Said design comprises three large grape leaves, with some smaller leaves on the side, and two bunches of grapes. Below the word "Scandi" is the word "Wild" in large white stylized font. Below it is a word "Sangria" in smaller red stylized font. Below the word "Sangria" are two lines of yellow text, which read "MADE WITH PREMIUM RED GRAPE WINE WITH NATURAL FLAVORS". Below these lines is olive green text "Alc. 13.9% by vol. 750ml". Below the text field is a horizontal field of spread-out bright assorted fruits, which includes oranges in the color orange, peaches in the color orange, red and dark berries in the color blue-black and a green leaf which stems from the orange and a pineapple in the color yellow-orange with the leafy top of the pineapple in the color green on the lower right corner. Said horizontal field of spread-out bright assorted fruits extends all the way to the bottom of the mark. Above the text field is a horizontal field depicting a great plurality of red bubbles with white sparkles. The bubbles are small and somewhat spread out on the bottom of this field, so that black background is evident behind the bubbles. The bubbles get bigger and denser towards the top of the field and the top of the mark, partially obscuring the black background with red color.
