PUBLICATION AND ISSUE SECTION

Mark description

The mark consists of a white rectangle which has a grey shadow around and outside of its exterior edges. Just inside the boundaries of the white rectangle is another single line rectangle in the color green. Within the center of these rectangles is the stylized green wording "CURA", which has leaves emanating from the ends of each individual letter within this word. Also, beneath the green word "CURA" is the stylized, vertically stacked, and purple wording "ALL-NATURAL MOISTURIZING ANTI-ITCH ECZEMA RELIEF", with a purple dot appearing between the words "ALL-NATURAL" and "MOISTURIZING". And all of the previously referenced design and literal elements appear on a larger white background that also has green, brown, and white leaves and branches with brown, purple, and blue lavender flowers, some of which overlap the centered, previously described, white rectangle.
