CHILETA RICA

Mark description

The mark consists of a green watermelon pattern at the top and bottom of the mark. Separating the green watermelon pattern is a yellow background with a thick white border on the top and bottom of the yellow. In the middle of the yellow background is a transparent circle outlined with green and white lines. The stacked words "CHILETA RICA" are above the transparent circle in red letters and outlined in white and green. Inside the transparent circle is a lollipop character with its head shaped like a red watermelon slice with black and white seeds, a green rind, and a white stem coming out from the bottom. The character has white smoke coming from the left and right side of its watermelon head, green eyes, black eyebrows, and is smiling. The character is outlined in black. To the left of the character are two stylized red chili peppers with black stems that are outlined in black and overlap a stylized green watermelon and a stylized slice of red watermelon with black seeds and a white and green rind. The gray in the drawing represents background or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
