Mark description

The mark consists of three-dimensional configuration of product packaging, namely, the design of a slim oval container with the bottom half of the packaging appearing in a white glitter color and the top half of the package appearing in an iridescent color that appears in various hues of iridescent purple, pink, and blue. The word "CO". appears above the wording "BY COLGATE", all appearing in a white glitter color. The straight line above the word "CO." represents where the removable top and bottom portion of the packaging come together and is not part of the mark. The removable top portion of the packaging is embossed with four offset repeating rows of the word "CO". In the bottom half of the packaging, four designs in light purple color are stacked toward the left side of the package. The first design consists of a starburst line design inside a circle, the second design consists of a curved diamond shape inside a circle, the third design consists of a leaf shape inside a circle, and the fourth design consist of a crescent moon shape in a circle with the dots placed equidistantly around the circle. The solid and dashed black lines at the top and bottom of the mark represent the shape of the packaging and are not part of the mark.
