Mark description

The mark consists of six concentric circles. The largest circle is gold but the color is faded at the top of the circle in the color beige. The second largest circle is in the color red. The third largest circle is in the color gold with a faded top in the color beige. The fourth largest circle is in the color black and contains the literal elements "POCHEON" at the top center in the color white and "KOREAN RED GINSENG" at the bottom center in the color white. The fifth largest circle is gold with a faded top in the color beige. The sixth concentric circle is in the color red and inside this red circle, there is a shape resembling a single drop in the color gold faded towards the middle in the color beige and outlined by a black border. Inside the single drop, there is another circle in the color red with a black border. Superimposed over the right side of the two innermost red circles and the gold single drop, there is a shape resembling a ginseng root in the color gold with a black outline. Superimposed over the sixth concentric circle, the top of the single drop and the top of the ginseng root, there are three stylized Chinese characters written horizontally in the color white with a black shadow. Inside the smallest red circle with the black border, there are three Chinese characters written vertically in the color white with a black shadow. The color white that appears in the background represents a transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
