Mark description

The mark consists of a teddy bear that is stapled together on the forehead. The teddy bear is in a sitting position with the left leg bent up. The Right half of the bear has an ear ripped off, two stylish lines crossing to make an "X" for the eye, short staple lines in the arm and one long distinct staple line on the belly going to the leg. The right side of the belly has half of a typical teddy bear stomach. The right foot has a pin with a ball on the end in the lower extremity. The left side of the snout on the bear has four tiger stripes and the right side is plain. The left side of the head has four tiger stripes on the ear and five stripes on the face. The left side has a thin eyebrow and a big bold cartoon styled eyeball. In the middle of its chest is a needle piercing through the heart to the back of it. The tip of the needle has a shoestring hanging from it. The heart has three pieces of tape holding it onto the bear. The left arm has 10 tiger stripes and two distinct lines of staples. The left arm also has two pins with balls on the end of them; one in the hand and one in the upper arm. The left leg has 8 tiger stripes. The left leg also has two distinct lines of staples that are short. The lower leg is taped with three pieces of tape.
