Over the top of the color blocks are the words "THE FRESH MARKET", each word is in white and the words are stacked on top of each other and centered within the block. There is a white square line around the words and the square is broken at the "F" and "H" in "FRESH", and broken again at the bottom center where there is a white leaf. The color white outside of the square is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
