Mark description

The mark consists of two components. First, a circle on the left that is bisected by a white line. The white line is an approximation of a sine wave and varies in thickness, with the line being the most thick at the peak or trough of the sine wave, and tapering to the thinnest point nearest the edge of the circle. The circle above the white line is gray, and the lower section of the circle below the white line is red. There is a crescent-shaped "shadow" centered on both the NE and SW compass directions of the circle, which makes the sections of gray and red that it covers a darker shade, and gives the appearance of a pupil that is rotated 45 degrees clockwise . Second, the text of the company name "Airity Technologies" is on the right, vertically aligned with the stylized circle on the left. The word "Airity" is colored red, and is comprised of several different custom font shapes. The word "Technologies" is colored gray, and is tucked under "Airity", with the bottom of the letter Y in "Airity" serving as the alignment for the baseline of the word "Technologies". The T in "Technologies" is aligned with the leftmost edge of the letter A in "Airity". The background color of white is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
