Mark description

The mark consists of the caricature of a man with his mouth open wide, in a white t-shirt with black outlining, black overalls with a white drawstring in front, and white steam with black outlining coming out his ears. The man has tan skin, a pink tongue, white teeth, black mouth, wearing a white hat with red and beige striping, all with black outlining. The character's eye is closed and is represented by a stylized black three-lined design. The caricature of the man appears set within a red circular carrier with black outlining. The word "YELLA'S" appears to the right of the caricature in yellow capital letters with a black border and shadowing around each letter. Other than aforementioned, the color white represented background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent area, and is not a feature of the mark.
