Mark description

The mark consists of an abstract representation of a network of circles, stemming from a central, bigger dark blue circle and connected to other smaller circles all around. Overlapping with and extending out to the upper left of the dark blue circle are seven smaller, light blue circles outlined in dark blue, with a dark blue shaded dot in the center of the middle, light blue circle.
