Mark description

The mark consists of a black circle with the words "National organization for Minority Opportunity and Real Equality" almost encircling the circle in black. The "N" of the word "NATIONAL" and the "Y" of the word equality are connected by a black curved lined giving the impression of a fully closed circle. Within the circle is a four sectioned circle. The upper right portion of the circle is blackened and has the silhouette of two books in white. Directly under that blackened section is a white section with the silhouette of the scales of justice in black.
