Mark description

The mark consists of The letters "ASC" capitalized and in green lettering. Immediately following to the right, and set off by a single space on the same horizontal plane, is the word "COMPLIANCE" in all gray capital letters. The letter "O" in "COMPLIANCE" has been stylized and appears as a gray square instead of the letter "O". Inside the gray square is a single orange checkmark in the foreground which overlays parts of the gray square that replaced the letter "O". The orange checkmark repeats five times, offset to the right of the original checkmark and in the background behind the word "COMPLIANCE". The five offset and repeating checkmarks in the background are only partially visible behind the word "COMPLIANCE". The checkmarks become less visible from left to right and radiate downward. Immediately to the right of the word "COMPLIANCE" the phrase ".com" appears in light gray. The phrase ".com" is lowercase and rotated onto a vertical axis with the "". appearing in the bottommost right corner of the image. The phrase ".com" follows vertically from the bottom right corner towards the top right corner flat on the right edge of the image.
