Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a water bottle having an octagonal cross-sectional configuration defining eight walls, with alternating wide and narrow wall widths. The front face of the bottle in wide width contains a stylized letter "A" connected to and disposed above a stylized letter "C" within a shaded square. Below the square is the wording "AQUA" in all caps being centered above the wording "CARPATICA" in small caps. Below the wording "CARPATICA" is a depiction of a green forest with a dotted pattern resembling a mountain. The back side of the bottle in wide width features four horizontal spacers and a rectangular shape at the bottom. The left and right side of the bottle in wide width are same and contain a stylized letter "A" connected to and disposed above a stylized letter "C" in the upper portion of the bottle and extending from about the middle to the below portion is an argyle like design. The four sides of the bottle having narrow-width walls are same and contain three horizontal spacers disposed thereon. The broken lines depicting the screw top and the base indicate placement of the mark and are not part of the mark. The colors black and gray represent background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent area and are not part of the mark.
