Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized crest featuring a continental globe in the center being held inside the palms of two hands, a shaded hand on the left and a non-shaded hand on the right. Four stylized butterflies are on the left side of the left hand and four stylized butterflies are on the right side of the right hand. A stylized butterfly is centered directly above the globe. A stylized rose is centered directly below the hands that hold the globe. Curved below the rose inside the bottom portion of the crest is the stylized wording "CHANGING OLD WAYS TO NEW". Superimposed across and over the top of the crest is a shaded banner. Centered on the banner are the stylized Greek letters for Delta Xi Nu. Two stylized birds are on the left of the Greek letter for Delta and two stylized birds are on the right of the Greek letter for Nu.
