Mark description

The mark consists of a cooking pot with two handles, upon the inside of which appear the stylized literal elements "MILLIE AUSTIN'S SOULFOOD", stacked. The top of the pot is a flat work surface upon which two women in aprons, each with large earrings, are preparing food. A rolling pin, a bell pepper, a pepper mill, a rolled out pie crust, and various other undefined cooking and baking tools are laid out upon the flat work surface as well. The woman on the left is stirring something in a mixing bowl with a spoon on each hand. The woman on the right is peeling an apple for her pie. The interior of a kitchen is visible behind the women, with a kitchen sink centered and a U-shaped counter radiating out from it on either side. Above the kitchen sink is a window. A pie is cooling on the right side of the windowsill, with two potted plants sitting on the left side. The kitchen panorama is framed with a wide circular band surrounding it, ending on either side of the two handled pot with the pot forming the bottom of the circle.
