Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized wording "BLACK CHEF" with the bottom two thirds of each letter in black and the upper third of each letter in dark gray and each letter outlined in black and with "BLACK" above and slightly offset to the left of "CHEF". A dark gray incomplete circle starts above the "K" in "BLACK" and ends to the right of the "F" in "CHEF".
