Mark description
The mark consists of an emblem-like design consisting of an arch-shaped backdrop, with cloud-shaped figures depicted therein and wherein two figures of ginsengs are each positioned at the left and right bottom of said arch-shaped backdrop, all of which are in different shades of golden colors; the apex of said arch-shaped backdrop displays a circle in gold band, inside of which is colored in dark red with embedded ornamental designs and the Chinese character transliterating into Korean as "HWANG" meaning "emperor" is inscribed therein in gradients of golden color; stemming out of said golden-banned dark red circle are two bold navy blue lines positioned symmetrically on left and right, both of which meet at the end said two ginseng figures on each side, to create an encased center space which is also decorated with the embedded curvy cloud-like ornamental design figures in lightly golden hue as the backdrop and housing the following words in English, Korean and also Chinese characters as well as numerical value as displayed in four separate horizontal lines, which are displayed in this order and transliterated as: "HWANGJE EUI" (in Korean) "SAHM" (Chinese character) meaning "emperor's ginseng" in the color black, "HWANGPUNJUG" in the color black with no meaning, four Chinese characters transliterated into Korean as "NONG HYUB HONG SAHM" in the color red, meaning "agriculture","cooperation", "red", "ginseng", respectively, and the English phrase "SINCE 1908" in black; and all of the aforementioned elements are positioned above and supported from the bottom by a red ribbon-like banner that is decorated with golden stripes around the edges and an emblem of the yin-yang symbol colored in red and blue and encircled by light golden color appearing in the top center, along with the display of the English words "KOREAN RED GINSENG" in gold color.
