Mark description

The mark consists of a discontinuous rectangular frame shape with an empty area at the apex of the rectangle in the center of the image, comprised of three smaller discontinuous rectangular frame shapes with an empty area at the apex, with the outermost rectangular shape being comprised of a solid white line framing a smaller black rectangular shape, which in turn frames a smaller white rectangular shape. Within the empty space at the apex of the rectangular frame shape lies the caricature of the relief of a cow's head in white and black.
