Mark description

The mark consists of a circle with two bands at the outer edges, one narrow and one wide and solid. Centered on the eagle's breast is a shield divided into three sections. The top section, a sky, contains 22 five pointed stars. The bottom left section contains mountains behind a plain underneath a sky. The bottom right section contains four wave shapes depicted by lines.
