Mark description

The mark consists of a circle divided by an S-shaped line into a dark and a light segment, with the line rotated approximately 45 degrees counterclockwise from a vertical S shape, such that the dark segment is largely in the top half of the circle, and the light segment is largely in the bottom half of the circle, with four elongated triangles composing a cross shape with a rectangular shape in the center, and the points of the triangles pointed out such that the cross is centered in the top dark half of the circle and offset slightly to the right, with the bottom triangle cutting into the light portion of the circle, and the word "abiding" to the bottom left of the cross, and the word "Strategy" in the bottom right of the cross with both words in the dark side of the S.
