BLUES DRIVER

Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a sound effect pedal. The sound effect pedal is colored in blue and of an overall approximately rectangular shape where the upper portion of the sound effect pedal, when viewed from the side, has a slanted rectangular-shaped cut out leading to a flat area where knobs and a light are placed, with the remaining upper portion, being a wedge-shaped depressible foot pedal, angling slightly downward, with the wedge-shaped depressible foot pedal covering an inversely-shaped wedge shape, under which is a base for the wedge-shaped depressible foot pedal at a ramp-like angle. When viewed top down, the rectangular shape is divided into two rectangles having rounded corners where the smaller rectangle encompasses the slanted rectangular shaped cut out and flat area where knobs and a light are placed, and the larger rectangle, being a depressible foot pedal, features two leftward pointing yellow colored arrow symbols on its upper section and the wording "BLUES DRIVER" in yellow colored stylized text therebelow, and a space in the middle to lower portion where a foot tread pad is placed. Viewed from the side, the upper corners of the rectangular shape are rounded while the bottom corners of the rectangular shape are at ninety-degree angles. The broken and dotted lines on the drawing depicting knobs, screws, power adapter mounts, bottom members, cable jacks, the light, and the foot tread pad represent elements that are not claimed as individual features of the mark; however the placement locations of these elements are considered to be part of the overall mark. The white background and all use of the colors black, white, and gray within broken or dotted lines are only used to present outlining, shading, background and placement, they are not a part of the mark.
