Mark description

The mark consists of the gray, stylized wording "MHFM MUSICIANS HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM BACKSTAGE VAULT SERIES" appearing on an overall gray, triangular design. The outline of the mark is created by a gray, triangular-shaped border with circles resembling rivets along the edges. The upper-most portion of the border features curved edges with a rounded arc in the center. Immediately underneath the rounded arc is a black oval with a black and gray border containing the gray letters "MHFM". Two gray lines appear on either side of the oval, extending to the left and right, respectively. The upper-most gray lines follow the curved edges of the border until intersecting with the lower gray line, which extends in a straight line from the oval to the triangular shaped border on the left and right, respectively. A black background appears above, between, and below the gray lines. The gray wording "MUSICIANS HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM" appears below the lower gray line on a black background. A gray, six-spoke vault handle on top of two gray concentric circles partially obscures the letter "F" in "OF" and "USEU" in "MUSEUM". Below the 6-spoke vault handle is a gold banner with the gray wording "BACKSTAGE". The lower most spokes partially obscure the letters "ST" and "G" in "BACKSTAGE" and the lower portion of the concentric circles covers the top-center portion of the gold banner. The background of the gold banner is black and a black line traces the outside of the gold banner, following the gold banner's contours. Below the gold banner, and partially overlapping the lower portion of the letters "ACK" in "BACKSTAGE", is a gray rectangular-shaped border with circles resembling rivets along the edges. The gray wording "VAULT SERIES" appears within the rectangular shape on a black background. To the left of the gold banner is a filmstrip design depicted with black rectangles in the center, separated by gray lines, and a gray border on either side that features small black dots. The filmstrip descends in a switchback path toward the bottom of the mark. A portion of the filmstrip is obscured by the rectangular-shape. The color white is used on the letters, the triangular and rectangular borders, and the vault handle, giving the appearance of reflected light. The color black is used as background throughout the mark. Black lines appear on the letters in "BACKSTAGE" "VAULT" and "SERIES" giving the letters an appearance of being stenciled.
