Mark description
The mark is rectangular shaped, with the vertical sides being longer than the horizontal sides. In the center of the mark is a shield with a border. The shield has four angles, three along the top and one at the bottom. The sides, each connected by the angles, are curved- downward along the top, and outward along the sides. There are no horizontal lines or sides along the bottom of the shield, as the shield tapers to a point at the bottom. The top center angle creates an upper point that is located higher than the two angles along the top sides. In the top-half of the shield area is "D1. Beneath "D1", in the center of shield area, are the words "DecoCRETE 1". The "De" part of "DecoCRETE" sits on top of a sector-shape, with the arc at the top and point at the bottom, within which are bricks or pavers. Beneath "DecoCRETE 1" are the words "PENETRATING SEALER + ACRYLIC CURE & SEAL". Beneath "PENETRATING SEALER + ACRYLIC CURE & SEAL" are the words "ALL IN". Below "ALL IN" is the number "1". The mark contains a racing stripe that runs vertically from the top-center of the mark to the bottom-center of the mark. The shield described previously sits on top of the racing stripe, obscuring a large part of the racing stripe. To the left and right of the racing stripe and shield, roughly in the left-center and right-center of the mark, are checkered racing flags that overlap to give the appearance of being waved. In the top-left quadrant of the mark is the image of a residence, primarily showing the driveway, garage doors, a second story balcony, and roof with a sky and clouds. The top-right quadrant of the mark shows the backyard patio of a residence with a cement or paver patio, and patio furniture and grass. The bottom-left quadrant of the mark contains an image of a residential walkway next to grass, bushes, and a mulched bed with plants. The bottom-right quadrant of the mark contains an image of a residential swimming pool with water and a pool deck. These four images in the described quadrants are partially overlaid/obscured by the image of the shield described previously.
