Mark description

The mark consists of a shield with four angles, three along the top and one at the bottom. The sides, each connected by the angles, are all curved- downward along the top, and outward along the sides. There are no bottom lines or sides, as the shield tapers to a point at the bottom. The top center angle creates an upper point that is located higher than the two angles along the top sides. The primary shield area has shadings to convey outward curvature of the shield. The top of the shield area contains an image of crossed axes behind a sector-shape, with the arc at the top and point at the bottom, within which are bricks or pavers. A stylized letter "D" appears on top of such sector shape. The words "D SHIELD" are located in the center of the shield area. A downward-pointing sword, separates "D" and "SHIELD". The words "PENETRATING SEALER & CURING AGENT" appear below the word "SHIELD". The words "SHIELD YOUR CONCRETE FROM: SNOW & ICE, LEAF STAINS, SALT, AND OIL" are located in the lower third portion of the shield area. The entire shield area where the above-described words and images are located is bordered such that the shield appears to have a border that is part of the shield but which projects out a slight amount.
