Mark description

The mark consists of two adjacent black-outlined white lightning bolts above and beneath a black-outlined white-colored right fist, with gray shading on the fingers. The fist has flowing black-outlined white flames behind it. At the end of the flames, there are two white, black-bordered, stylized parallel, large and small capital-lettered "M"s turned at a 90 degree angle. On the wrist of the fist is a black rectangle with a red-lettered Bible verse, "Job 36:10". To the right of the black rectangle, in the body of the flames, are black stylized symbols for the Hebrew word Musar, inside of a red-bordered, white rectangle. Positioned on top of the red-bordered white rectangle is the red-lettered, beveled, and shadowed, all-caps word "MUSAR" in a stylized font. Positioned underneath the red-bordered white rectangle is the red-lettered, beveled, and shadowed, all-caps word "MENTORING" in a smaller stylized font. The gray rectangular outline to the mark as a whole is not claimed as a color feature and is transparent.
