Mark description

The mark consists of a design on the upper valance and lower panel portions of a gasoline pump. The upper valance design is comprised of the colors blue, silver, white and black. The first third portion of the upper valance is the color blue with a silver curve line to the right and white in the remaining of the valence. On the right side and inside the white portion of the valance is a circular design in black with a black border and white between the spaces with the stylized letters "JS" in blue. The design on the bottom panel of the gasoline pump shows the words "JUMPSTART" inside a white border, where "JUMP" is black and "START" is blue. Above the word "JUMP" and below the word "START" are gray lines shaped as a wedge. Below the wording is blue with a gray upward curved line above the blue. The matter shown in broken lines serves to show positioning of the mark and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
