Mark description

The mark consists of a rectangular design with border surrounding all of the design and text elements. There are six designs contained within rectangular boxes. In the upper left corner of the drawing of the mark is circle design containing two parallel lines above the word "CACAO". The circle is superimposed on the boxes with the design of the Space Needle and a skyline design with the Space Needle having a banner coming off of the top of the needle, the banner has the word "CHOCOLATE" on it in all capital letters. There is a banner that runs from left to right across the center of the drawing of the mark, the stylized text in the banner reads, "NORTHWEST ESPRESSO BAR" and "WITH ESPRESSO BEANS & ROASTED ALMONDS" in smaller sized text written under the words "ESPRESSO BAR". The remaining five designs in the rectangular boxes are, top row from left to right: design of an umbrella and raindrops with the banner with the word "CHOCOLATE" superimposed on the design, and a design of a beverage container with a straw and the stylized wording "ESPRESSO" written vertically on the container and a steaming cup of coffee to the right of the tall cup. The bottom three designs, from left to right, are: a design of Mt. Rainier with conifer tree line, a design of a ferry boat with are waves around the ferry boat, with a conifer tree line and bottom right is a design of a salmon jumping out of the water, there are water splash lines and lines to indicate water beneath the salmon.
