Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized words "FOX TRAIL" angled slightly to the right. The top arm of the "F" is detached from the remainder of the character, such that a small sliver of the background is visible between the parts of the character. The portion of the "R" character above the stem is detached from the top of the stem of the "R", such that a small sliver of the background is visible between the parts of the character. The "X" character in is shown as a highway road where the lower left leg of the "X" character extends underneath "FO" in a rectangular shape with a design like a highway with a dividing line, and the upper right arm of the "X" character extends above "TRAIL" in a rectangular in shape and with a design that look like a highway with a dividing line. No dividing lines appear in the main body of the "X" character. The mark appears on a shaded background that is not claimed as part of the mark.
