Mark description

The mark consists of a logo described as a circle within 2 inner circles containing words and a picture. The innermost circle contains a symbol of scales of justice reconfigured to resemble a kitchen scale to weigh goods. The scale on the left symbolizes a ladle with the initials "DC" interlocked in the center of the ladle. The scale on the right symbolizes a colander/strainer which also has the initials "DC" interlocked in the center. In the top center of the scale which is the beam holding the scales there is a crossed fork and spoon representation. Between the innermost circle and the second circle, is the company name "Have U Covered" in a semi circle or arch-like pattern. There are two dashes before the "H" and two dashes after the "D". At the bottom center of the arch-like wording is a star with a strand of leaves on each side branching out from the star. There are 14 leaves on each side with seven on the top layer and seven on the bottom layer of each branch. Covering the base of the scale running horizontally from left to right from the outermost circle are the words in cursive "In The Kitchen". These words are framed on the top and the bottom.
