The mark consists of a design having an overall circular shape comprised of two semi-circles with a break appearing horizontally between the two semi-circles. In the break is the wording "DRAGON" appearing in stylized block letters from one edge of the circular design element to the other. The curved section of the top semi-circle has a smooth thick border and the flat section of the top semi-circle has a thin line border that extends beyond the edge of the curved section. Within the top semi-circle is a design of silhouettes of trees against a sky and the stylized wording "THE" with horizontal lines on each side centered within the trees. The curved section of the bottom semi-circle has a thick border that is smooth on the inside and ridged on the outside, and the flat section of the bottom semi-circle has a thin line border that extends beyond the edge of the curved section. Within the bottom semi-circle is a design of a meandering river.
