PUBLICATION AND ISSUE SECTION

Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized wording "HEART BREAK RECORDS", where each word is broken in half horizontally by a long crack. The wording "HEART BREAK" is aqua in color, with orange three-dimensional shading. The word "RECORDS" is pink with orange three-dimensional shading. Above the wording is the design of a heart that has cracks in it and is broken into three pieces, with the upper right piece being pink, the upper left piece being aqua in color, and the lower left piece being orange. A pair of earphones wraps around the heart several times with both ends of the earphones draping across the wording "HEART BREAK RECORDS". The earphones are white with black accents, and at several places where the earphones touch the heart there are black lines around the earphones. There is a pink and orange bandage attached to the aqua section of the heart, and the aqua potion of the heart is stitched to the pink portion of the heart with black stitches. The pink portion of the heart contains an aqua-colored patch that has black scribbles on it, as well as an orange patch, outlined in black, that is stitched on with black stitches. Also, sticking out of the pink portion of the heart is the bottom end of a broken arrow, where the arrow shaft is aqua and pink, and has orange fletching. All remaining instances of black indicate background or transparent areas, and are not part of the mark.
