PUBLICATION AND ISSUE SECTION

Mark description

The mark consists of the word "coin" which appears above the word" tale" with both words resting atop a background of brown that surrounds and is congruent to the outline of the words "COIN TALE". The brown background has a black border at its edges both at the external edge of the design and also on internal edges for the white filler areas described below. The word "coin" is gold in color with orange edging at the outside edges of each letter and with a gold edge past the orange at the very top of the letters "c" "i" and "n". Each of these three letters also has a purple underside interspersed with black dots. The letter "o" does not have a distinct center but instead a shaded border appears in the right upper quadrant to give the perspective of a raised surface at the edge. The interior of this letter is circular and contains an outline of a leaf also in gold but with shaded edges to give the appearance of depth. The letters of the word "tale" are outlined in lime green, with a yellow interior filling in the space between the outline. There are a number of plants leaves or vines appearing. Two green mushroom like items containing a three level mushroom body appear behind and to the left of the word coin and the brown background. Two similar mushrooms appear to the right of the word coin and behind the brown background. Each of these mushroom like objects appears within a series of leaves also emanating from behind the background, although certain of the leaves take on the look of a vine and stretch around and in front of the background on both sides. Moving counterclockwise from the lower left these vines appear to grow first out of the right side of and across the letter "i" in "coin" stretching to across the background second below and to the left of the letter "t" in "tale" third in front of the letter "a" in "tale" and stretching to beneath the background at the bottom and to the right and in front of the letter "l" on the right fourth in front and at the bottom of the letter "l" in the word "tale" below the letter "e" in "tale" and in front of and below the background and finally to the right of the letter "e" in "tale" but below the mushroom like structures. Three flowers also appear each having five petals outlined in white a yellow interior and an orange circular stamen. These flowers are located in the third through sixth areas of the vines described above and the third is located at the top right corner of the letter "n" in "coin" Four internal white areas also appear with the first two being located between the letters "t" and a in "tale" with the larger white area below and to the left of the smaller third between the letters "l" and "e" in the word "tale" and below the mushroom structures to the right of the word "coin". The latter space also holds a small pink area.
