PUBLICATION AND ISSUE SECTION

Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized and vertically stacked wording "BIRDY'Z HOT CHICKEN", with the term "BIRDY'Z" appearing in the color red and partially bordered with yellow. Also, the bottom of the letter "Y" is extended as an elongated, curved and stylized band that underlines all of the word "BIRDY'Z" to the left of the "Y", with bottommost portion of this curved band resembling stylized feathers. Also, the stylized red and yellow design of partial rooster head with a large comb, in profile, and with the rooster's comb resembling stylized flames, is positioned above the letters "BIR". Also, the white wording "HOT CHICKEN" appears within the curved, red and yellow curved band that is the bottom part of the letter "Y" and underlines most of the term "BIRDY'Z". The unenclosed white space appearing in the mark drawing, not previously referenced as a part of the design and literal elements, is background only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
