Mark description

The mark consists of a circular design bordered with a blue ring, inside which is a white ring, inside of which is a blue band with the words "OFFICE OF THE UNDER SECRETARY OF DEFENSE COMPTROLLER/CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER", in white, within the blue band. Inside this blue band is a white ring, surrounding a field of light green. Inside the field of light green is a ring of darker green laurel leaves along the perimeter of the white ring, with the words "DUTY STEWARDSHIP HONOR LOYALTY EXCELLENCE INTEGRITY", overlaid thereon in white. Also within the light green field are four five-sided stars, in gray and white below which is a green pentagon with a gray and white feather on the left and a gray and white torch on the right. There is also a gold and brown key at the bottom of the green pentagon design. At the center of the green pentagon is a bald eagle's head, in white, yellow and brown.
