PUBLICATION AND ISSUE SECTION

Mark description

The mark consists of the word arrow which appears above the word tale with both words resting atop a background of black that surrounds and is congruent to the words "ARROW TALE". The word arrow is gold colored with a shadow across the upper quarter of each of the letters. Each of the letters also has an orange underside giving a third dimension to the image. The black background also appears in between the two arms that form the letter "a" in the hole in the middle of the letters "r" and "o" and in between the arms that form the letter "w". A white triangle bisects the letter "o" with a black border dividing the white triangle from the gold of the letter. Two black shapes appear above the triangle with the first shape appearing above the white triangle and left of the second shape. The first of these shapes is a triangle with two converging edges pointing at the target. The second shape is a quadrilateral also above the white triangle and to the right of the black triangle. A third shape is another black triangle. It appears above the first letter "r" and above the shaft of the arrow. A fourth shape is also a triangle. It appears to the left of the letter "t" in tale with the converging edges of the triangle pointing at the target. In the lower right portion of the design next to the word tale a target appears. The target is formed by four circles beginning in the center of the target with the smallest circle as the bullseye then with each circle getting progressively bigger and encircling the smaller circle within. The target is below the letter "w" in the word arrow. It is in front of the w and blocks portions of the lower part of the letter "w". The bullseye within the target is beige. The next circle surrounding the bullseye is red, then the next two circles are beige then red again. The target also has a shaded edge that is red in color. The target has two legs that are light brown with the entire target bordered by black borders. The black silhouette of an arrow rests in the bullseye with the shaft of the arrow pointing up and to the left in front of the word arrow. The arrow is bordered by a white border on all edges except the head of the arrow. The arrow shaft also casts a shadow on the two letters "r" in arrow. A shadow also appears on the face of the target with three shadow arms passing from the outside lower edge of the target and joining at the center of the bullseye. A shadow also appears at the bottom of the target echoing the shape of the target with the shadow covering portions of both of the legs of the target and the area underneath the target. The word tale is below the word arrow and left of the target. It is gold colored with a shadow of the arrow shaft running across the full length of the word and growing progressively broader from right to left. Each of the letters also has an orange underside. The spaces formed between the arms of the letter a and between the arms of the letter "e" are filled by the black background color. A white border appears between the letter "e" in the word tale and the target.
