CARLUMINOUS

Mark description

The mark consists of a sideview of a sporty looking car where no wheels are visible and the word "Carluminous" below the upper body of car and forming the lower section and extending beyond the rear of the car. The shape of the car from front to back shows a line from bottom bumper to slight expansion of line giving the shape of a headlight to sleek sweeping line that forms windshield to roof then sweeps to back of of car. The rear back of design has lines that appear as flames swept towards rear and bend around where the rear tire would be giving shape around where a tire would be located. No actual tire are shown in design. The rear most portion of flames consist of a somewhat hexagonal design in the flame portion. Along the sideview of car the car has a sideview mirror and a elongated oval that extends from front passenger where oval is thicker to a point where rear passenger side window is located. Along the side of car from where front side fender is located is a elongated line the undulates from a point at front gets thicker rises up slightly then down then upwards towards where passenger door is to a point. The over car design shape shows the side of a car with the front of car to the right of logo and the rear of car to left giving the impression of the passenger side of car. The word letters "Carluminous" forms the very bottom of logo and is incorporated as to form the lower part of car. The letters extend slightly beyond the left most design of flames by approximately 10% of total length. The "i" in the letters shows a distinct dot on "i". The "s" at end of word is positioned where front tire would be located.
