The mark consists of a green lower area and tan upper area with the wording "BINGGRAE" in small red and white italic lettering positioned at the top left of the tan upper area and the word "MELONA" in large, black and white stylized lettering and gray shadowing positioned in the tan upper area, with a green square forming the corner of the letter "L". Under the term "MELONA" is a design showing a cantaloupe in white and shades of green with a quarter section cut out of the cantaloupe on the right. An ice bar in white and shades of green is angled out from the cantaloupe with a wooden tan stick sticking out from the bottom. A leaf and vine in shades of green are attached to the top of the cantaloupe. The cantaloupe appears to be creating a white milk splash around it. The matter shown in broken lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark.
