Mark description

The mark consists of the initials "N.Y.C" presented in large red letters with red hexagons for periods within a horizontally presented rectangle outlined in black that is superimposed over the center of a thick black circle wherein the word "GENUINE" proceeded and followed by solid white hexagons, is written in white font along the length of the top of the circle and the word "PARTS" proceeded and followed by solid white hexagons, is written in white font along the length of the bottom of the circle and wherein the interior of the circle includes the repeated initials "N.Y.C" written in grey font with grey hexagons for periods in a diagonal manner, with the initials "U.S.A" in black stylized font on the bottom right corner next to the circle. The remaining enclosed white in the mark represents transparent background areas and it not claimed as a feature of the mark.
