Mark description

The mark consists of a dark blue circle. Inside the circle is a stylized image of a light blue bird with a yellow beak, gray legs, and a dark blue dot for an eye. The bird appears wearing a yellow, pink, and dark blue party hat, and holding a pink balloon with white accents by a dark blue string in its beak.
