Mark description

The mark consists of a front view of the shape of a stylized horned ox head, the word "BLUE" appearing in block lettering above the head between the horns, the word "OX" appearing in white block lettering across the face of the ox head, the letter "O" having its center filled with the color red forming an open right eye with red pupil, the letter "X" forming a closed or winking left eye, a pattern of four progressively wider concentric rings are centered about the red pupil forming a target pattern having the pupil as its midpoint, the first concentric ring being formed by the white letter "O", the second concentric ring being a very light blue color, the third concentric ring being a light blue color, the fourth concentric ring being a dark blue color, the upper portions of the third and fourth concentric rings appearing in the letters "B", "L" and "U", the remainder of the coloring outside of the fourth concentric ring being a very dark blue color.
