Mark description

The mark consists of the compound word "SOCCERFEST" centered within a white background and blue pentagon shaped border with rounded sides. The "SOCCER" portion of the wording is in red and white stylized letters with the letter "O" being a red and white soccer ball design which is underlined in red. The "FEST" portion of the wording is in blue and white stylized letters. Outside the blue border are a variety of images relating to sports, outdoor scenes, and other outdoor entertainment. Starting from the upper left corner and moving clockwise these images include a red palm tree and sand design, a blue speaker, a cheering crowd in red which fades to a blank diagonal space which fades to a cheering crowd in blue, two blue palm trees appearing together, a blue checkered flag, a red barbecue grill with flames, a red firework, a blue car with the letter "1" in blue appearing in a shaded circle on its side, another blue checkered flag with a partial red background design, and a blue wheel ride. From the top right side of the border to the car design there appears a shaded blue area background which is an extension of the curved pentagon border. To the right of the car design appears a circular red background design underneath parts of the car and underneath parts of the additional blue checkerboard design. Other than the background within the pentagon claimed in white and the white details in the "SOCCERFEST" wording, the remaining color white indicates transparent area and is not a part of the mark.
