Mark description

The mark consists of three-dimensional configuration of product packaging. The dotted lines are to show placement of the mark on the packaging and are not part of the mark. The mark features blue and white checkered design on the tail of the packaging. The center of the packaging features the design of a white bear appearing out of a blue and white checkered table cloth with the blue corner of the table cloth turned-up. The bear has black, white, and blue eyes, black eyelashes and eyebrows, a black nose, and a black mouth with a pink tongue. The bear is wearing a white chef's hat, with the letter "B" in red. A logo appears in the center of the table cloth. The logo consists of the word "BIMBO" written in red and white lettering placed between two blue and white horizontal swooshes, all on a white irregular shaped rectangle. The color gray represents shading and is not part of the mark. The unaccounted for white background represents a transparent space that allows the product to be seen and is not claimed as a part of the mark.
