Mark description

The mark consists of "ASHLI'S" in white, on top of the word "PICKLES" in green, all to the right of a pickle with human features; the pickle body is green, with black accent lines and circle bumps on the pickle body, red finger nails on its hands, red lipstick on the lips, arms and hands on left and right side of pickle body are green, the nose is green, it has black eyelashes above and under the eyes, has blue irises, has black pupils, and white sclera around the irises, red tongue inside mouth, and green leaves on top of pickle body. The inside of back of mouth located on pickle body has a red to black gradation of shading. The color black outside the pickle design and wording, as well as the white dot in the center represent transparent background used for placement purposes only and are not claimed as features of the mark.
