HOTEL STARLINO NON DISTURBARE

Mark description

The mark consists of the back label of an alcohol beverage bottle comprised of the shape of a door hanger with a curved top and a rectangular body. The top portion of the label includes the word "HOTEL" in small letters and a stylized font above the word "STARLINO", which appears in larger capital letters and a stylized font and in an upward arc. To the sides of the word "STARLINO" appear small dots. Below, the wording "NON DISTURBARE" appears in capital letters, also in an upward arc. The outer contours of the label have an ornate border comprised of thin lines enclosing a pattern of short diagonal lines. The portion of the label that is shaped to go around a door knob contains a different ornate border which is comprised of a rope-like pattern within a thin circular line. The upper third of the inside portion of the label under the door hook contains two long darker rectangular segments towards the outer edges of the label.
