35 SOUTH ATTITUDE = LATITUDE

Mark description

The mark consists of an oval shape with the longer part of the oval being vertical. The oval has 2 parts, one outside oval shape with a small open border between another oval shape inside of the border. Within the inside oval is a circle. At the top of the inside oval is written "35 SOUTH" and at the bottom of the oval is written "ATTITUDE = LATITUDE". Both of these writings are between the inside oval and the circle that is in the middle of the inside oval. Then there are 4 small dots (2 on the right and 2 on the left of the oval). They are placed at the top and bottom of the smaller edged sides before the oval starts to curve at the top and the bottom. Think of an invisible box on the outside edge of the circle in the middle. These are placed between the inside oval and the circle inside that inside oval. Then inside the circle is a compass with "N E S W" at the appropriate places. Inside this circle is another smaller circle with open border between the two circles. Picture a circular road with dotted lines in the middle. There are 3 dotted lined between each letter indicating direction on the compass. (NESW). Inside the second inside circle is a 3rd circle at the very center of the logo. Then there is a 4 edge star forming from the very inside circle and it's points stretching to the NESW letters respectively. This is followed by another smaller star with 4 points turned at a 45 degree angle within the first star. Its points point toward what would be considered halfway between NE, ES, SW, and WN, respectfully.
