Mark description

The mark consists of an alcoholic beverage bottle label comprising the shape of an axe lying on its side with the head of the axe pointed upwards. On the left, which is the bottom portion of the axe handle, the wording "BLENDED MALT SCOTCH WHISKY INSPIRED BY THE" appears in capital letters and a stylized font in two rows above the name "Rt. Hon. W.E. Gladstone", which name appears in a highly stylized font. Towards the mid-upper portion of the axe handle, the quote "'NOT A DROP OF MY BLOOD IS NOT SCOTTISH'" appears in four lines above the name "W.E. GLADSTONE", all of which is in the same stylized font. To the right appears the numbers "1868", "1880", "1886" and "1892" in four lines separated by horizontal bars followed by the wording "FOUR TIMES PRIME MINISTER" in two lines. Below the quote and list of numbers appears the quoted wording "'TRIED - TRUSTED - TRUE'" in larger letters and a stylized font. On the head of the axe, below the upper curve of the bit of the axe, the word "THE" appears above the wording "GLADSTONE AXE", all of which are in the same stylized font. Towards the left by the heel of the bit, appear the letters "W", "E" and "G" in a highly stylized font superimposed upon one another with the arms of the letter "W" creating the outermost border and the letter "E" at the center. The outer curve and the bar of the letter "G" intersect the inner strokes of the letter "W".
