U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION TRADE

Mark description

The mark consists of a circle with two bands at the outer edges, one narrow and one wide and solid. The words "U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION" appear across the top of the solid, wide band. The word "TRADE" appears on the bottom of the circle across the solid, wide band. Three five-pointed stars appear before and after the word "TRADE" across the solid wide band. The interior of the circle includes a variation of the Department of Homeland Security Seal, a graphically styled white American eagle on a partial globe with shaded outlines of continents in a field with longitude and latitude lines. The eagle's wings stretch across the outline of the continents. The eagle's talon on the left holds an olive branch with 13 leaves and 13 seeds while the eagle's talon on the right grasps 13 arrows. Centered on the eagle's breast is a shield divided into three sections. The top section, a sky, contains 22 five pointed stars. The bottom left section contains mountains behind a plain underneath a sky. The bottom right section contains four wave shapes alternating light and dark separated by lines. Below the horizontal bar where the eagle stands appear four vertical bars each containing single five-pointed stars. The black, white, and/or gray in the drawing represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
