UTICA COMETS

Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized shield shape comprised of an inner blue shield with white background trimmed with green with a green-gray perimeter. In gray capital letters across the upper portion of the blue shield is the word "UTICA" and in blue capital letters in a white diagonal is the word "COMETS". A sweeping blue curved shape with gray outline crosses the midpoint of entire shield overlapping the left and right outside edges. On the right side of the shield is a blue disk shape with an olive gray oval shape surrounded by a gray curved line (i.e. a 3-D hockey puck). The blue disk shape and gray edge overlaps the green and gray perimeter. Attached to the left of the blue disk curving across the midpoint of the entire blue shield is a jagged gray lightning bolt shape backed by a white jagged flame shaped tail outlined in blue with a gray perimeter (i.e. meteor tail following 3-D hockey puck). On the lower portion of the blue shield are three one-half white and one-half olive gray four pointed star shapes in two different sizes on the shield. Below the sweeping blue shape is the largest star centered at the center bottom on the blue shield and a medium star is up and to the right of the center star on the blue. One additional star is located on the left upper portion of the shield above the sweeping blue curved shape but below the diagonal white band. The color black represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent area and is not part of the mark.
